Graduations

Last night we went to Katelyn's 5th grade graduation. I can't believe she is going to be in 6th grade. She is growing up so fast - she will be driving in 4 more years. Crazy.Today we went to Avrie's preschool graduation. She is so excited for kindergarten. It is a wierd feeling having all of my kids in school in a couple of months.

As you can see I love our house and would love to get it done so we can move into it!

Last night our ward had the pine wood derby. The boys had lots of fun making their cars. Kyle won 1st place in his pack and Tyler won 3rd in his. They were so excited to get trophys!Last night I also snapped some pictures of the house. This is our upstairs hallway that we covered in wood. Can't really see the wood cuz its covered in cardboard for protection.

I love how our rock and brick combonation turned out. Thanks Dad for the design help.

I love how it is looking. Our stucco isn't exactly the color that we were thinking. I'ts hard to pick colors off of a little sample but anyway we are starting to like it more everyday. We are still waiting for the ironwork that goes underneath the big window on the top right. There will also be a black hanging light above the arched front door. You can't see the garage doors in this picure but they are a brown color that matches the corbels. Our cabinets are started and today we pick countertops. I hope we can make it by the end of the month.

I don't have much to post about but sick of seeing my face every time I open my blog. We are hoping to be in our house at the end of this month. The exterior is about completely done ( other than the landscape.) The house has been painted, we have layed all the tile and are now working on the engineered wood floors. We have 1600 square feet in wood alone. Saturday we started laying it and 6 hours later we had only done 150 square feet. So now we are thinking it's going to take about 10 days to lay. We are trying to finish the kitchen tonight so the cabinets can come in and be done by the end of the week. i am so ready for this house to be done! I will have to take some pictures of the house so everyone can see what it looks like now.

Hair

So I was talking to my sisters the other day saying that I needed some sort of change with my hair. They both thought I should go darker so I did. It might be hard to tell in this picture but my hair is a little darker then my natural hair color but it also has a few highlights in it. What do you think?

Our house is looking good. Today they started the brown coat on the house. Next monday they will start on the outside rockwork. The drywall is all hung and in 2 weeks it will be painted. I'm so excited!Rental update: We went to the courthouse on Monday and the trustee sale was canceled not postponed like last month. They didn't know anything else so we have no idea but at least we don't have to be out of the house this week. I'm still hoping we can live here until our house is done. That would be awesome.

Brad's truck

We decided to list Brads truck on ksl.com Wednesday night thinking it would probably take awhile to sell. We had a ton of people call on it and Saturday we sold it. Sad to see it go but happy to not have the payment.
