I have been a slacker on updating my blog. So I thought I would update on whats been going on. I was put into the relief society presidency last month as the educational counselor. I am extremely afraid of getting up in front of people but now I have to. Atleast I only have to give 4 lessons a year and conduct 4 months out of the year. Can you tell Im stressed out. The week I was called we had our first funeral - that was stressful and we will probably have many more because their are lots of old people in our ward. Oh well life goes on. Brad was put in as the Cub Master and he is loving it. Plumbing is starting to pick up again and we have a couple of homeshows for next year that we have started on. I'm hoping things will stay this way or get better. I can't believe how many plumbing companies have gone out of business. We have been fortunate that we are still in business. The kids are all doing well in school and Katelyn is starting to enjoy playing the flute ( I think). I help out in Avries class on Tuesdays and she likes me being there which is nice. This month I turned 35 and Kyle turned 9 and can't believe that Katelyn will turn 12 next month and be in young womans. Time is flying by. Well sorry for the ramblings I will go now. My new goal is to update this blog at least once a week. See ya.

Happy Birthday Brad!!!

Happy Birthday Brad! I'm a little late in posting but Brad turned 35 on August 13th. Brenda made him a carrot cake again for his birthday and we had a barbeque out in the backyard.

Katelyn finally talked us into getting a dog. The kids named her Emma. She is a lab/Australian Shephard mix. She is very playful and has learned to bark. I'm just glad she sleeps through the night. My kids just love her.

The kids also started school last week. Katelyn goes to 6th grade now. It's so crazy to me that she is getting so old. She is in Band and learning to play the flute.

Tyler is in 5th, Kyle in 3rd, Annie in 2nd, and Avrie is in kindergarten. It is so wierd having all the kids at school - my house is so quiet. Notice 2 of my kids are injured. Annie fell out of a swing and broke her elbow and Tyler went skim boarding and sprained his foot so bad that he couldn't walk the first few days of school. Fun huh?

Annie finally got her hard cast on today. I'm hoping we don't have anymore broken bones for awhile.

The Elders in our ward had a pine wood derby and this was Brads car. Yep, dead bugs nailed to the front of the wagon. Gross! We have had a fun summer but back to school for the kids.

We went to the annual Baker reunion on Beaver mountain. We had lots of fun. It was good to use our camping trailer again. We went fishing, rode 4 wheelers, sat by the campfire and ate some dang good food.Our family

July 24th in Beaver!

For the 24th of July we went to Beaver and stayed at my mom and dads house. We had lots of fun. My parents made a stage and each family performed a skit or song. I didn't get one of my family but here are the others...this is the audience
