I came across this picture and had to post it. This was taken about 4 years ago. Look how small our kids are. I remember Brad and I would always get looks from people when we took our kids places. People would always ask us if they were all ours and how close they were in age. They were fun when they were little but fun now too that they are getting older. Aren't they cute!!!

Getting ready for Valentines Day!

As for me and Brad we celebrated Valentines early with Mandi and Aaron and Chrissy and Tamron down at Wingers for dinner!

Ever since I found out that I could have cancer or some other form of bone disease in my jaw I haven't been able to sleep very well at night. It has been a rough 5 days mentally as well as physically because of all the blood tests and doctor apointments. I am now taking up to 14 pills a day. I haven't had much of an appetite thus making me weak. But when I can't sleep I tend to clean.( I get that from my mom.) So Monday I had the house in tip top shape, all the laundry done, all the kids valentines bought and ready and dinner prepared. I didn't want to come home to a messy house Tuesday after my surgery. My bone biopsy was yesterday morning and I think that things are looking good. The doctor is confident that it is not cancer now. He said my bone was as Hard as marble when he was trying to drill through it. We still don't know if It is some other bone disease were I will have to lose some of my jaw and teeth but I'm hoping thats not the case. I should have my results by next Tuesday. I am feeling pretty good now just really sore. I thought you guys would get a good laugh at this picture. I'm a hottie huh!Brad and all the kids have taken good care of me. Katelyn even offered to make homemade pizza for dinner. I of course had to have soup and pudding.

I'm hoping all my tests come back good but if not we will just have to deal with the results the best we can.

Avrie has been miss independant lately. I caught her making herself some chocolate milk.

I just got back from the doctor and have to get more blood tests. Yuck!

I ended up going to the ear nose and throat doctor yesterday and found out I have a sinus infection which I kinda already knew because I've had it for a couple of months now and haven't been able to get rid of it with the antibiotics my other doctor prescribed. So now I'm on 3 antibiotics for 6 weeks. Lets hope that clears it up. So, I had my appointment with the oral surgeon today to see what the heck is going on with the jaw bone around 3 of my teeth. The xray shows that the bone up to the jawline around the 3 teeth is bright white. He said my bone is very dense in that area. On one of the teeth my root is shortened and jagged so he doesn't know if something is eating my roots away. He doesn't think that it is cancer but I am scheduled for a bone biopsy Tuesday morning. Luckily he is going to knock me out with an IV because I don't want to be awake while they are drilling out my bone. Then it will go to pathology to be looked at. If there happens to be something wrong I will be getting all of the bone taken out and the 3 teeth will be gone also. I am pretty much freaking out. These are not my front teeth but can be seen when I smile. If you look at the picture of me on the top and start with the front left tooth. It is teeth # 3, 4 and 5. Anyway, I probably won't know for a few weeks but I'm hoping everything is good on that. I go to the doctor tomorrow to get my blood results back. Everybody cross your fingers that I'm not diabetic.

House update:

Our house is still being framed. They started the top floor today and they have a few of the kids bedroom walls up. It is looking so good. Our roof tile was delivered yesterday and I am liking that color. We picked out our stair pattern today as well. We are doing rustic cherry and black iron so it should look good. It will be interesting to see everything put together. I will have to get over to the house and get some more pictures.
